Refund and Returns Policy
Returns and Exchanges Policy:
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, with no excessive wear or use.
- Please note: Discounted items (purchased with a discount code) are not eligible for refunds.
- All requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of the original purchase date.
- Items with damaged, torn, or altered packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Refund Procedures:
- Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

- In your message, include your order number and a brief explanation for the return or exchange request.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return shipping process and provide further instructions.
Fees:
- A fee of 99.90 EGP will be applied to all returns and exchanges.
- This fee covers the processing and handling costs associated with returning or exchanging your item(s).
